We at Southern Security Consultants believe that a victim of a crime has the right "to be reasonably protected from the accused offender." The police often can not provide that protection on a full-time basis. Our Protective Services personnel may be able to help in this respect, and perhaps assist the authorities in resolving the situation favorably. The essence of our proposal is as presented in our introductory message to Mr. Richard Cress, Director of Dignity Of Victims Everywhere (DOVE). Our company is willing to provide victims with protective services at reduced cost. In certain cases, where such services are needed but the client's financial situation precludes payment, domestic violence protection or anti-stalking protection may be furnished on a pro-bono basis*. This determination would be based upon an interview with the victim by authorized representatives of Southern Security Consultants. The client, his or her business, and family would be protected by Close Protection Personnel that are profiled to suit their needs and blend in with their schedules and lifestyles. The duration of such protection would necessarily vary from case to case. The victim's safety is provided for with a minimum of inconvenience. The entire itinerary is coordinated and executed from a security perspective. We plan or assist the victim in handling travel arrangements, transportation, and daily planning. If necessary, we will present a thorough Risk Assessment and Intelligence Report to the victim prior to departure, so that the options may be evaluated. When necessary, we will arrange for Safe House facilities for the safety of victim and their families. Our services are affordable, and our personnel are true professionals. Sincerely, Charles A.
