INTRODUCTION
My name is Dick Cress. Stephen and I were friends and associates for
many years and were among the first to post Violent Crime Victim support and
resources websites on the Internet. Click HERE to read
and essay that I wrote and submitted last week that explains how Stephen and I
became friends and our Internet affiliation.
For a year Stephen struggled with kidney cancer. In mid to late
February he asked that I assume the responsibility for his website. It was an honor that I
accepted but I'd rather he were here to do it himself. I only hope that I can
fulfill the trust he placed in me with honor.
We each use different systems and structures and it will take me some time
and experimenting to integrate our two systems into a smooth and integrated
system rededicated to focus on the goals that Stephen, our families, and I set
many years ago.
